How we started
A problem we experienced ourselves
FindLocalTrade was founded in 2019 by a team of homeowners and tradespeople who were frustrated with the existing options. Directories full of outdated listings. Platforms that charged tradespeople for every lead whether they won the job or not. Review systems that could be gamed.
We set out to build something better: a marketplace where trust is built in from the start, where tradespeople are rewarded for quality work, and where homeowners can hire with confidence. Five years on, we're proud to be the platform that thousands of UK homeowners and tradespeople rely on every day.
